赞成用 Experiment Primary School。为什么中国特有的东西就一定要用拼音呢？况且用了拼音就一定解决问题了吗？比如黄河，长城，就是用yellow river 和 great wall ，不是也很好吗？滥用拼音只能造成更多更久的误解。就拿实验小学来说吧。译为“Experiment Primary School”迟早会被老外接受，有中国特色不是坏事啊。但是译为“Shiyan Primary School”就很让人费解。比如“十堰实验小学”，是不是要译为“Shiyan Shiyan Primary School”？别扭不别扭啊？
所以我赞成 South Campus of Experiment Primary School
另外值得讨论的是，如果你指的校区只是学校里面的一部分，而不是分校性质的话，建议还是用“area”比较合适
